• GTr-DB is a searchable database for GTrs involved in the glycosylating natural product aglycones. The database is an exhaustive resource, which provides information about the primary sequence, donor and acceptor specificity, related GTrs and substrate binding residues of each GTr. GTr-DB provides a query interface SEARCH GTr which helps the user to analyze an uncharacterized GTr. GTrDB has been developed based on a comprehensive analysis of sequence/structural features of several GTrs of known donor/acceptor specificity.
